Located between the kitchen and butler’s pantry, a sliding door removes the obstruction of a swing door which would have to swing into the kitchen space or pantry – and get in the way no matter which way it swings. This ensures the space is left feeling uncluttered but can quickly and easily be closed off when required.
The obvious sliding door solution for this doorway was the Zero Clearance, keeping gaps to a minimum and ensuring no cover strip pelmets would obstruct the door frame.
